Joy Manor: For some of the best catering for a school dance, Joy Manor is a great place. They offer both on-site and off-site catering through their eight separate menus. They also have three separate ballrooms with room for up to 400 people. The Grand Ballroom is their largest offering and features a spacious oak dance floor with beautiful rose lighting. The round tables are just as beautiful. With a crystal candle holder for a centerpiece and a beautiful cutlery and tablecloth arrangement, Joy Manor remains one of Westland's best choices for a classy, intimate school dance.
Meeting House Grand Ballroom: The Meeting House Grand Ballroom is perfect for Westland school dances in historic Downtown Plymouth, just a few miles from Westland proper. This venue is great for school dances because the rental price includes all the setup and cleanup costs, the use of their baby grand piano, and a photo easel. Also, during the winter and early spring months, they usually offer a pretty hefty discount on their ballroom.
